To use php747 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of php747 or its affiliated entities.
• You are not using the platform on behalf of a business, third party, or syndicate — all accounts must represent genuine individual players.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from php747 or any related platform.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction for which you have sought or are seeking treatment, or for which you have previously requested self-exclusion.

php747 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to ineligible players will be suspended pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one account on php747. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. php747 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access or use your account. php747 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

php747 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits are credited to your account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider, typically within minutes. In some cases, bank transfers via PESONet may take up to 24 hours. php747 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Minimum deposit: ₱100 for most payment methods. Specific minimums per payment channel are shown at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours for standard accounts, and within 1 hour for VIP members, subject to completion of identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

php747 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of payment ownership and source of funds. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

• Players may only withdraw to accounts registered in their own name.
• Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• php747 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited but never wagered may be subject to an administrative fee upon withdrawal — see promotional terms for details.

php747 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback, daily reload bonus, free spins, referral rewards, VIP monthly drops, and seasonal offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page.

The following general conditions apply to all php747 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Rollover requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the validity window stated. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One claim per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Games with restricted contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• No cash equivalent: Bonus credits are not exchangeable for cash until rollover conditions are met in full.

php747 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a player is found to be abusing a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or using bonus funds in low-risk betting patterns intended to complete rollover without genuine play — the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

All games on php747 that use random outcomes are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG system is independently audited on a regular basis to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by php747 or any third party. Live dealer games use physical decks dealt by trained croupiers in real-time via HD video stream.

Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, the game state will be recovered to the last confirmed server state. php747 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side technical issues such as loss of internet connection, device failure, or browser errors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on php747 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or interact with the platform.

• Attempting to launder money through the platform or using funds obtained from illegal activities.

php747 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and structure at any time. Players will be notified of material changes. Tier status may be reviewed and reduced if account activity falls below the minimum threshold for a sustained period — the specific inactivity threshold is stated on the VIP page.

VIP membership does not confer any ownership interest, profit-sharing entitlement, or legal relationship beyond that described in these Terms. VIP status is a courtesy benefit and may be withdrawn in the event of a breach of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php747 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Interruption of service or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or game progress due to technical issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by banks or e-wallet providers.

php747's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in your account at the time the claim arises.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. php747 will always work to restore service promptly in the event of outages.

php747 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player is found to have breached any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected.
• A player's account is associated with chargebacks or payment disputes.
• A player has provided false identity or financial information.
• A player is found to be ineligible (under age, in a restricted jurisdiction, etc.).
• A player has previously been self-excluded and attempts to re-register.

In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, account balances may be forfeited in full. In cases where suspension occurs for compliance review, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be held securely and released upon completion of the review or account closure, as appropriate.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any pending verifications and rollover requirements.

php747 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify you via in-platform alert or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of php747 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
